All but 2 of the ingredients are from certified organic sources.  That means all the fruits, nuts, eggs, honey, spices, butter, cream and spices.  What is missing from the list?  Baking powder and the liquor, less than 5% of the cake  by weight, is our usual rich combination of flavoring from brandy and triple sec.
