Ingredients: Unsulfured apricots, honey, raisins, eggs, dates, cashews, walnuts, King Arthur Special Flour, butter, orange juice, orange liqueur, brandy, cream, lemon juice, cinnamon, allspice, aluminum-free baking powder.

Serve this fruitcake to friends for a holiday treat, or add Vermont cheese for a nourishing snack on a winter’s trek.
